This self –help course is designed to help you identify what is triggering your stress response and to help you change what you think and say to yourself. You are guided through different steps, each one building on the last to help you change how you think, behave and feel.
The second part has some simple hints and tips that you can chose to explore further and six techniques which, after you have practiced and learned, can help you become calmer and more relaxed.
Be A Stress Survivor is a comprehensive self-help course that can help you change your attitudes to situations and people, and be able to respond to those situations and people in different, more helpful ways.
You will need some way of noting down your thoughts and responses so pen and paper, lap-top or pc will be needed.

Anne Morrison is a qualified and experienced clinical and cognitive behaviour hypnotherapist, life coach and nlp master practitioner. She is a full member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis, a Practitioner Member of the General Hypnotherapy Register and a Founding Member of the British BrainWorking Research Society.
She and Glen Harrold, another first class hypnotherapist, both trained with the prestigious, London College of Clinical Hypnosis. Anne has their Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis, their Practitioner Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis and their Practitioner Diploma in Cognitive Behaviour Hypnotherapy (CBH). CBH is a relatively new field that combines the best of CBT and hypnosis, helping people make changes consciously and unconsciously. Many of her audio products use this combination to help listeners make the changes they want to make to how they think, behave and feel.
