I have regular clinical supervision sessions where, for my own personal development, we discuss different cases that I have worked on. When I discuss my work, names and addresses are not disclosed so confidentiality is maintained. This process is for my development as a therapist. I also attend workshops and other meetings to keep me up to date with developments and the latest thinking on mind/body therapies.
I have received support from Dr Michael Yapko PhD, a leading American clinical psychologist who has used hypnosis for many years. His speciality is working with those who have anxiety and depression. You can find out more about him from www.yapko.com
I also receive regular mentoring and supervision for BWRT through online and group sessions. This is required by the British BrainWorking Research Society of which I'm a founding member.
