Telecoaching & Webcam Sessions

Tele-coaching and tele-therapy has been used successfully for many years and experience has shown that usually about 12 hours of coaching is required to help make changes that people want to make. It may be less or more depending on what we are working on. Sessions are arranged as and when required to meet your schedule.

The format is similar to face to face sessions in that we focus initially on what you want to achieve and the issues that are preventing you from make the changes and stopping you reaching your target.

We will establish a goal that you want to reach as a result of working with me. This will help keep us focused. Each subsequent session will be working on specific aspects or issues that will take you a step towards achieving your desired outcome.

We will probably use coaching models such as the G.R.O.W. model, from nlp, the well-formed outcomes process and even processes from cognitive behaviour hypnotherapy to help keep you on track.

As with any therapy there will be agreed work for you to do between sessions. This is to help you make the most of our time together. It may be emailed to you so that you can read some specific information relevant to the area we are working on or exercises to complete between sessions. It may be that you will want to undertake some research or start to explore things that you’d like to think about more. It really depends on what we are working on in that particular session.

Tele and web cam skype sessions are usually around an hour and we will ‘meet’ at a pre-agreed time. These sessions can be particularly effective in helping to keep you focused and on track to achieve your goal.

Distance support using telephone or webcam can also be helpful to people who have difficulty getting out of the house, for example, who have agoraphobia or who live overseas.

Payment for distance sessions are made via the shop and paid in advance.
