Some people have the wrong impression about how hypnotherapy can help achieve amazing results.
For many people the idea of seeing a hypnotherapist can be a scary thought. The fear of divulging long-held fears or issues or even feeling that someone else is “prying” into your behaviour can really hold people back.
Registered hypnotherapists have gone through thorough training and work to high ethical standards. They also use many forms of therapies which are all designed to achieve the best outcome for their clients.
Clients often come back because having sorted one problem or issue, they want to unlock the possibility of resolving other matters.
So, 10 things you probably didn't know about hypnotherapy.
THE LIST
So some of the above is a bit whimsical, but that doesn’t mean they haven't been considered at some point by a potential client. In general, hypnotherapy and associated therapies is hugely successful with helping clients overcoming their issues.
Perhaps fear of flying isn’t a good example at the moment with no one going on holiday but being stuck at home has made you discover all the house spiders you didn’t know existed and it’s making your life a misery. Or maybe you have taken to comfort eating to simply help get through the day. Being stuck at home and piling on the pounds and as a result not feeling good about yourself. These are just a couple of examples of phobias or issues I regularly help clients with.
