Over the years I've helped a wide variety of individuals and couples. I've worked with young teens and students to help them with exam nerves, school and separation anxiety. I've worked with women who want to be more confident speaking in public and managing promotion. I've worked with men who are coping with loss and bereavement or redundancy. During 2020/21 I was increasingly working with staff from the NHS dealing with the impact of Covid-19 on them and their colleagues.

Phobias - including fear of flying, spiders, vomiting, needles. Usually a phobia is a result of a one-off event early in life, these types of 'simple' phobia are relatively easy to resolve, allowing clients to lead a happier, freer life. There are more complex phobias which may need more input.
IBS - provided there is no medical reason for your Irritable Bowel Syndrome then helping you to manage stress and how you think about your IBS is the focus of our work.
Weight and Eating Issues - weight loss can be a roller coaster ride - up and down. Many clients have been trying different diets for years, with more or less success. I help men and women who want to reduce their weight or change their response to stress by comfort or stress eating.
